Camp Counsler Experience

As a Summer Camp Counselor, I was responsible for creating an engaging, safe, and supportive environment for campers by organizing activities such as sports, arts and crafts, and team-building exercises. This role required strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage group dynamics, resolve conflicts, and ensure camper well-being. The experience reinforced my ability to work with diverse age groups and foster teamwork. Over three months, I developed valuable skills in mentorship and event coordination, making a meaningful impact on the campers’ summer experience.
